This is an agreement between MyClassMate (“MyClassMate”), you the user(s) of the Services (“You” or the “User(s)”).

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using our Yearbook App ("MyClassMate").

These Terms govern your use of the App and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MyClassMate. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Use of the App

1.1. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

1.2. License: MyClassMate grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

1.3. User Conduct: You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You will not engage in any activity that may:

a) Violate any laws, regulations, or third-party rights.

b) Interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the App or its associated services.

c) Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any security measures or access unauthorized areas of the App.

d) Collect or harvest any user information without proper consent.

e) Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or objectionable purposes.

Intellectual Property

2.1. Ownership: The App and all related intellectual property rights are owned by MyClassMate. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by MyClassMate.

2.2. User Content: By using the App, you grant MyClassMate a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display any content you upload, post, or transmit through the App. You retain ownership of your content.

Privacy

3.1. Privacy Policy: Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Termination

5.1. Termination: MyClassMate reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, these Terms will cease to apply.

6.1. Amendments: MyClassMate reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
